We are pleased to announce that today we are taking a new name as a
company -- 'TotalView Technologies'.

I've included below the email that Rich Collier, our CEO sent out earlier today.

Chris Gottbrath
Product Manager
TotalView Technologies

I am pleased to announce that today, April 2, 2007, Etnus will be renamed TotalView Technologies.

Today we also introduce the new TotalView Multi-Core Debugging Framework, which defines the five core technologies required to debug the next generation of multithreaded, multi-process programs, and introduces a set of robust products to meet these requirements. These products will include an updated version of TotalView and a new memory debugging product, MemoryScape. Additionally, we announce our intention to deliver Performance Analysis, Data Centric Debugging and Active Web Debugging products later this year.

Our new identity and new framework symbolize our vision for the future. Our product, TotalView, has long been recognized worldwide as the gold standard for debugging in high performance, distributed and cluster computing environments. We intend to build on the TotalView technology platform to help our customers achieve even greater advancements in high performance computing.

For more information about our new framework and/or our transition to TotalView Technologies, see our new website at www.totalviewtech.com, or contact us at info@totalviewtech.com or (508) 652-7700. Please be assured that we are dedicated to making this transition as seamless as possible; your customer experience will remain unaffected, and the quality you have come to expect from the TotalView product name now extends to our entire corporate family. We are committed to strengthening our partnerships with you, our valued customers, and continuing to build mutually beneficial relationships that empower you to do more every day.

On behalf of all of our employees, welcome to TotalView Technologies. We look forward to growing together.

Best regards,
Rich Collier
