TV complains about invalid alignment

There is an error message that happens when we check the "enable memory debugging" option at start-up. It doesn't actually prevent the code from starting nor does it prevent memory debugging. We're just not sure what the error is, or is trying to report; we're hoping it's something obvious and simple to explain! Screen capture attached.

It's TV 8.7.0-3, using OpenMPI 1.3.3

This can be ignored. It's a real instance of a bad call to memalign by OpenMPI. I've taken it up in the OpenMPI forum and they have promised a fix in either 1.4 or 1.5. Maybe even 1.3.something. You can find the discussion under the subject...
