1st and 90th Percentile

Hi, I have JMSL 4.0. I am no statistician, but I'd like to know how I can use the existing functions in JMSl to calculate the 1st and 90th percentile of an array of type double.

You can use the EmpiricalQuantiles class we added in version 4.0 for this. The online docs (http://www.vni.com/products/imsl/jmsl/v40/api/com/imsl/stat/EmpiricalQuantiles.html) have an example that should help you get started.
