Error C2065

Getting the following error when compiling code in VS2005.
C:\RogueWave\SourcePro\Ed10_Eval\rw/utility.h(91) : error C2065: 'CHAR_BIT' : undeclared identifier

It appears that you are including C:\RogueWave\SourcePro\Ed10_Eval\rw in your include path. You need to only go up to the rw directory but not include the rw directory. Your include path should be C:\RogueWave\SourcePro\Ed10_Eval.
