We are pleased to announce the availability of a TotalView service release.

This is the third service release to TotalView 8.11.0. It makes 2 critical customer bug fixes available for the following issues:

* The value of a local variable is incorrect in the context of a nested subroutine compiled with the Intel Fortran Compiler
* Internal error raised when skimming symbols of a statically linked OpenMP target built with the IBM 12.1.0 compiler on BG/Q.
