Recently I got an academic license and installed IMSL Fortran library for Windows IA-32 following the installation guide.
When I tested the sample code, I couldn't execute the program because of license error; License Manager appeared and said that they couldn't find a license file.
However, I did create a license file and put it into a license folder in IMSL library folder. The environmental variables setting (LM_LICENSE_FILE) is edited correctly.
Why does this error appear and how should I do??
