Question Problems with running program using IMSL

    Hi!

I have written the program with IMSL. It is working good on computer where IMSL is installed. But when I moved *.exe file to another computer, program failed with error that imslcmath_dll.dll is not found. I decided to move this DLL to folder where I start this program? but this didn't help.

So, what I should change in Visual Studio project to fix this error?

    Thanks!

    Potential options include:
    - linking statically when building your .exe (look here to learn about static linking)
    or
    - install the IMSL DLL's on your second system

Regardless, you should verify that you are licensed to use your IMSL product on multiple computers. Refer to your license agreement for details.

    omega,

I tried to make statical linking but it didn't help - error is showing.

Also I tried to install IMSL on the second system but it didn't help.

    I don't understand why it doesn't work.

What error shows on the second system when you statically link?

Don't forget that you need a license for the other machine as well.

Problem was caused by Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package.

Some libs from this package were installed wrong.
